This Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and protect our clients’ rights when exporting wholesale clothing from Egypt to global markets.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items (size, color, or model)
Orders received not matching the confirmed invoice

Note: Any issue must be reported within 3 business days from delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom or made-to-order manufacturing requests
Discounted or final sale items
Used, washed, or altered products

Refund Policy

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement based on mutual agreement.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method or as store credit for future orders.

Shipping Costs

Within Egypt

If the issue is caused by Islamic Hijab, we cover return shipping.
If due to customer error, shipping is the customer's responsibility.

International Orders

Due to complexity, we do not cover return shipping costs for international orders.

If the issue is caused by us, we offer:

Partial refund
Discount on future orders
Product replacement in a new shipment
